Takes place virtually in any Michigan location that is private and convenient for you or in-person beginning December 2026 in downtown Royal Oak.
Typically meets weekly to begin, and then can taper to a bi-weekly cadence.
Utilizes Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to uncover unhelpful patterns and move your relationship toward a more secure bond.
Is a great fit for couples who might:
have tight schedules and don’t have time to commute to a therapy office
need to join session from two separate locations
live in Michigan
want to get started with therapy, and are not interested in or aren’t the best fit for an intensive at this time
Cost: $300 for a 50 minute session
